They can't fix anything. This was the 5th visit for the same problems. No codes. That's all I am ever told. This is normal. Gm does not care about customer satisfaction. Faulkner service is the worst I have encontered! Transmission, electrical, radio problems!!! I don't think they could change a light bulb if the computer does not give a code!!!
When I purchased the car, I was told I had 2 years of Faulkner Advantage, and was permitted to purchase another year for 3 years total. Now I find out it is not 3 years but only 6 uses and I used mine up. Sounds a little bit like a bait and switch thing going on. Not that I will not use Faulkner again, I just don't trust JiffyLube and the like either.

First call to the dealership to schedule service was very unpleasant. Woman who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked for service, she didn't even say please hold but just transferred me to someone's voicemail. After two calls back I was able to finally contact someone in service who was also another woman who was not very pleasant. I am limited to the days I can have the truck serviced as I would need a ride home or wait for the truck. When I asked about a loaner she chuckled and said for an oil change and inspection, no. I completely understand that a loaner isn't available but when you spend 45k on a truck at least work with the customer to convienance them a little bit. The remaining experience with the truck being serviced was good as far as the work on the truck and service advisor. The service advisor and work completed was 5 stars, the people answering the phones are not even one star.
