The Faulkner service staff is excellent! No problem to schedule an appointment even with short notice. The vehicle is ready when promised. Work is always completed to our satisfaction. Great job as usuall.

I arrived at the dealership around 8:15 for an oil change and to see why my check engine light was on. Around 10:00 they told me the amount of work would take about an hour. Around 1:30 I told them I couldn't wait anymore and had someone pick me up. I received a call a little before 3:00 that my car was finished. The work that was done in my opinion should never of took almost 8 hours to complete. I am very disappointed in my experience I had with your service department!
