I was there for more than an hour for an oil change. I could go anywhere and have that service done in 1/2 the time. I feel my time is important and wasting over an hour for an oil change is unacceptable.

I went to the Toyota dealership down the road and had a terrible time. I came to Buick not sure what I was expecting. Brain Walsh was awesome. He was laid back and didn't talk to me like I was a robot, but instead he listen to what me and my dad had to say. He made me feel comfortable and talked to me like a regular person about my options. The first car he brought out I bought, and I just really appreciated him. I suggested to my dad to buy a car off of him as well, and my dad did. I will always recommend him from here on out. The Service Manager was polite and professional. The service was performed quickly and the additional work I requested was very low cost. I felt better knowing I was getting the parts made for my vehicle installed by someone familiar with vehicle,
I know I pay a little more for service but feel that the mechanics are well trained and experienced. Also, I feel comfortable knowing that the work was done correctly. The women and men in the service area are very friendly and helpful. The service department is the reason I will be buying my next car from this location.
