I made an appointment through the phone , when my wife got there they couldn’t find it . The advisor got the car in for service anyway . Kudos for him for doing this.

John W., service advisor has always greeted me with a smile. He is conscientious, courteous, focused and professional. I believe you know how attentive your service staff is with their customers. They were trained well and I feel very welcomed at the Faulkner dealership. I was sadly disappointed when Toyota Faulkner ate the 100.00 of pizzas I ordered for Faulkner sales/service last year. Toyota never bothered to call to find out where the pizza order (my gift) was supposed to be delivered.
