I've been leasing vehicles from Faulkner for approximately 25 years and have been completely satisfied with every lease, but this leasing experience has been really different. Due to Covid-19 all correspondence related to the lease was done through phone conversations,internet, e-mail, etc. The concern for co-workers and customers was Faulkner's #1 priority. It was really different to walk into the showroom without all the hustling about from the car buyers and all personnel wearing face coverings. Even though the lease experience was a little different this time around, I am still satisfied with the leasing experience. It took approximately 45 minutes to sign and drive and all personnel were pleasant and welcoming
