two of four bolts were never tightened on the plastic shield protecting the motor (transmission fluid change) and tires were not rotated as per GM manual . I had to re rotate my tires myself when I got home

Rick was quick to the point and didn't waste my time. I am at a time in my life where I just want to order cars from the dealer over the phone, go to the dealer, give in my keys and get new keys. Rick made that happen for me.

James the service writer was great again. I thought I made a mistake with the ac but he sat in car and did a couple things and said there was a problem. It wound up being a leak and a couple other things. I was happy with the results.

Great service other than a longer wait then expected for inspection and oil change service. Also, old waiting area was much larger and more comfortable. Not a fan at all of the new service waiting area post tornado building. Too small and not comfortable.

It’s always easy and the staff are friendly. I never use to take car maintenance to the dealer because I was always told they overcharge but I may be re-thinking that but I’ll see how it goes. Love the first three free oil changes and the car wash.

My only complaint was that I had to pay for my service. I’ve had my car since 2019. And I’ve had some kind of warranty or been in a program of some sort, and I’ve been reminded of my free services remaining and when they expired. I was caught off guard when I arrived and learned my last 2 free services expired at the beginning of the month. I think as a loyal client/customer, I should’ve gotten a few reminders beforehand.

Always above and beyond ! They took care of our service, found an issue in the engine contacted the warranty for us and got them replaced free of charge ! Even we got a "loaner" meanwhile the part came in Awesome !
