There was a problem with the radio system where the screen went black and when you shut the car off the radio would still play and the battery could possibly go down. The problem was diagnosed in the major part – the brain of the unit – was overnighted and put in and I got my car back.
The service agent was not welcoming and dismissive. He continuously addressed me in a way I did not appreciate. My service was simple but my journey to get answers regarding the necessary interventions for my vehicle and receive my car back was complex and completely disorganized, which wasted my time. My family and I have had our cars serviced here plenty of times before and never experienced such frustration to the point that we chose to get service at a different dealership entirely.

It really starts with the service receptionist. When I make a appointment on line our through chat it seems to get a little complicated with making the appointment. So I always confirm by calling into the GMC service to confirm. When I hear voice it makes me feel like I’m talking to family. I get the reassurance that everything is set up and that I’ll be getting the best service. I felt the same when you were working out of the Cadillac service area through your renovation. When I went to pick up and pay there she was with a sense of reassurance that GMC will be back to normal operation shortly. I’ve always had great workmanship from your mechanic but it’s the ease and the family atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Oh nice touch with the red GMC Arcadia in the service area .
