I arrived on time. Was taken right back and checked in. Within an hour I was told what my car needed and the price for the service. My car was done in an hour and I received a senior discount which is awesome
I purchased a gmc certified used Acadia around 10 months ago when brought the car in for inspection the car need $1000 worth of work I only drive this car 8miles each way to work I only put about 4000 miles on it and the worm part we’re so loose they would not pass inspection I guess buying certified does mean anything also I pay about $2000 for a warranty but those parts are not covered so my experience was not great

One of the issues was my new car trunk was not always opening. Service said they ckd it snd it was fine. Well two days ago it would not open. Had to do many approaches snd then it finally opened. ? That was after leaving car there for hours ? Still not trusting this will happen again. They should have inspected a few times

i just don’t think an oil change should take 2+ hours when you have an appointment scheduled at a certain time. If it’s busy then it shouldn’t be overbooked with appointments if it’s not going to be done within reasonable time of said appointment time
