I came in without an appointment because one of my tires seemed to have a slow leak. Despite being very busy, the Service department graciously and kindly fit me in. The wait was not too long. I am grateful for their kind, quick, and professional service!
You���re at best average and not above the crowd. Straight up the service department could have made every effort to convince me that the price point and actual hours of labor on my vehicle matched. I saw the surveillance video of the bay process and it���s time did not match the labor rate per hour! I���m blowing the whistle with this footage after I get a few more customers on board! I���ve got an inside track and you should be concerned!
Repair shops don't decide the labor times, we use third party labor guides that are published annually. If a job takes longer we do not charge more, and our work is guaranteed. I'm not sure what surveillance video you are speaking of, but we do not have cameras installed in our service bays. I would ask that you refrain from videoing our employees without their knowledge. I'm not sure if it's illegal, but it is definitely immoral. Feel free to call me at your convenience.
Everything was great except that when we checked in, the Service Rep asked if we would like a complimentary car wash and of course we said, Yes!! When the car was done and we went out to drive away we noticed that all the dirt and dust we came in with was still there...hmmmmm!!
The guys at the dealership especially Brian and Chuck were phenomenal! They made my experience a memorable one to say the least! Any questions I had they answered very thoroughly and took their time to explain everything. Me and my family couldn���t be more excited and happy with our new Acadia! I would 100% recommended Chuck to anyone I know as he is the best of the best!
