My experience was fine. The only problem I have is that whoever drove my SUV when they were programming my spare key took the paint off the front passenger side. It is very noticeable. I'm not sure how it happened but I do know it wasn't there when I took the car up there. I have been very very careful when driving and parking my SUV. I haven't been anywhere but the car dealer because I have been sick. They put more miles on my car then I did.

very good service oniel GMC doesn't even answer my phone calls which makes you number one keep up the great work Jim collins fantastic service from first phone call to checkout could not get oniel GMC to answer phone calls, went to service shop in person to set up appointment and I was told to drop it off a week later but it could take up to three days to look at the car, keep up the great service thank you Jim collins
