The experience was okay I think sometimes it takes a little longer than it should to get your vehicle serviced while you wait but that could depend on how many men are working and how many vehicles there Servicing

It was okay... I paid too much for just an oil change and bulb replacement for my signal. The customer service was okay but not too welcoming. I could not locate my vehicle after, I paid; they normally have it out front. I had to wait for my car to be washed when I came to pick it up, which was a rush job; it is normally washed after service.

I had to take my 2017 Buick Lacrosse for repair. The window washer pump was not working. I deal with repair/ writer James, who had to order a new pump and stated that he would call me when it comes in. James did call me in two days as he said he would and repaired my vehicle. Great service

I had a pretty good experience during my visit at the dealership. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was most impressed with the acknowledgement of other maintenance needed but no pressure to get these things fixed there and then. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the car wash was a nice touch.
