I had taken my Terrain in for a routine oil change and I had asked Steve (Service Dept) to check a hose for the air conditioner because it was leaking in my car also asked him about my tire sensors. It was an evening appointment so I told him if they could not get to it I understand. About an hour and half later Steve called me told me my oil was changed and they were also able to fix my hose and they found a nail in my tire and plugged it for me. I was super excited they finished fairly quickly and were able to get my request done. Steve was very polite and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure I had my request done and explained everything that was done. Thank you!

they fit me in on aan emergency appointment and corrected the problem. My only misgiving is concerning the bumper to bumper warranty on the car. It seemst that I HAD A BLERMISH ON the leather OF THE DRIVER SEAT since I bought the car and informed the dealer at 1,000 miles and at 5,000 miles and recently at 10,000 miles, i WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS WAS A A DEFECT FOR LEATHER SEATS AND AT THIS VISIT THE DEALER SAID GM DOES NOT COVER THIS ITEM IT IS A WEAR ITEM. on the first visit they stated it would be corrected It might only need to be dyed or replace a small piece of leather on the side of the driver seat where no one sits .. I am not a complainer and have not complained about touch up on he door that was noticed when I PURCHASED THE CAR BEING i will just put a strip on it but I FEEL THAT A BUMPER TO BUMPLER WARRANT DUE TO A DEFCECT IN THE LEATHER IMMEDIATLEY AFTER PURCHASE SHOULD BE CORRECTED. i am a realtor and build new homes and recently honored a 2 year paint claim on a new home to keep the customer satisfied and my reputation as a fair and honorable builder/realtor
