I went in with a nail in my passenger front tire. I was told there was no nail, however, that my back tire needed to be replaced. I explained how I was getting messages my front passenger tire was low on air and when I would fill it the message would go away for a few days and then come back on. I told him I saw a nail in the tire. The tech said the front tire is fine and maybe the car's alert system was confused, that I needed a new rear tire, that the front was fine but said he'll double check it. So I purchased a new tire and the tires were rotated. He assured me the tire I thought had a nail in it did not. On Saturday, I received a message that the driver rear tire needed air. I went to the dealer and when they checked the rear tire, they found the nail that they couldn't find earlier in the week that they supposedly double checked for. So that tire was able to be repaired. However, it should have been done at the first visit earlier that week. I had to fight to get them to let me come in Saturday. I am upset because I pay a premium by going to the dealer and I expect excellent service for that premium and I don't feel I ever get it.

Pat Greer was so professional and friendly as he always is whenever I bring my car in for service. I requested a shuttle ride to my office but had just missed the driver. One of the attendants drove me to my office just about a mile away so that I didn't have to wait for the shuttle driver. Excellent customer service!!!
