I have a long standing relationship with Rick Grissinger. My lease was coming to an end and had asked Rick to find a new lease for me. With the shortage in new vehicles Rick was able to find a new release for me. I ordered the car over the phone and Rick had it ready for pickup within a few hours. As usual Rick and the dealership did a great job getting the vehicle I needed. Rick has done this for me and my wife many times over the years. We really appreciate his efforts. He has made purchasing/leasing a new car a convenient process. Rick is a real asset to the Faulkner Buick/GMC dealership.

Had car towed to dealership Monday evening.Received call on Thursday to inform me what the technician found.Repair was covered under warranty...Yippee Had service completed along with routine maintenance and state inspection. Picked up car Friday morning and I appreciate the senior discount extended to me. I'm on the road again!!

Recall not fixed. Dash light not fixed. Expensive oil change I only brought in to get the lights on exhaust system fixed while under warranty. Also I bought a replacement key over a year ago and never have anyone on hand to program it in three visits.
