I guess the work was done correctly. Was supposed to get a call when the part came in and never received a call, only received a call when the work was done. I also had a work flashlight taken from my vehicle. Maybe the technical thought it was his/hers?

I was told my vehicle was showing trouble codes P0440 and P0300 for a blocked catalytic converter causing a misfire , which I spent $1289.89 on 10/16 to have repaired and I was under the assumption that the misfire would be resolved , the following morning on 10/17 less than 24 hrs later my check engine light came back on with a trouble code P013B for an oxygen since for which I paid $177.72, the dealer then told me the P0300 trouble code for the misfire was never resolved and I would have to pay $189.95 for spark plugs to be replaced. I feel like I was given a false pretense.
