I had my car towed there and called ahead. I think the person on the phone should have said before I sent it there, that it would not be looked at until the next day or potentially the day after, since they were short so many technicians due to training, vacation or being out. My car was suppose to be ready at closing on day 2 so when I arrived the following morning (day 3) it was not ready and no one called to let me know before I got a ride there. John did do a good job trying to rectify the situation which was appreciated.
